Freddie started his career in Real Estate and Financial Services in 1980. He expanded his abilities into Mortgage and Land Title Services in 1988. This early exposure to the Real Estate industry impassioned his interest in the field and keeps fueling his dedication to provide Acorn’s clients with the highest level of Land Title Services.
Danielle D’Alonzo, Managing Director
While working as an experienced Realtor, Danielle earned her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, an education which has proven to be invaluable in navigating the ever-changing complex world of Real Estate and helping protect property rights. Danielle identified items on the business side of the agency that needed attention as soon as she came on board. As Managing Director, she guides the work of Acorn’s operating departments. Danielle’s number one priority is delivering efficient, effective and responsive services to our Clients and Customers. Danielle is currently earning her Juris Doctorate Degree at Delaware Law School.
Margaret A. Zabo-Castelli, Esq., General Counsel/Title Agent
Peg has been a lawyer since 1979 with a qualified background in Real Estate Closings, Bankruptcy, Zoning and Mortgage Foreclosures. She is also a licensed Title Agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. Peg handles Real Estate matters as well as clearing title to ensure that she gets our clients to the closing table in a timely manner.
Cathleen J. DeMarco-D'Alonzo, Senior Closing Manager
Kate’s experience in customer service and management stems back to 1987. She is well versed in conveyancing, conducting settlements, processing recordings and dealing with post-closing requirements.
